Returns Policy

On all our products you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, there are a few criteria that the item(s) must meet for us to be able to accept the return and grant a refund.

  1. The item(s) must be in the original packaging with any tags still attached.
  2. The item(s) must be unwashed and unworn - this minimises any chance of damage and allows us to potentially reuse the product.
  3. When you apply for the refund you must have evidence (photos/videos) of any damage.

If you are unsatisfied with any products then please contact us through any of our social media or on the contact page on the website. We will try our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any items purchased at a discounted price, as well as any special promotions or discounts applied to your order.

Buyers will be expected to pay return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method which provides tracking as well as keeping a copy of proof of postage - for your own protection.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not comply with the policy above or that don’t pass our physical checks when the product is shipped back to us.
